We would like to introduce a case study of precision cutting processing targeting M1.4x0.25 fine small-diameter screws. For small-diameter screw components, in addition to dimensional control of the screw part, high processing accuracy for complex shapes including head shape and groove shape is required. Our company stably processes complex shapes, including the screw part, head shape, and groove shape, using NC automatic lathes for small shapes with a head diameter of φ2.5mm or less and a total length of 1.3mm.
